Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or in person
  • Resolve product or service issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and service standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
