Customer Service Representative

Company Overview
We are a growing UAE-based furniture brand, delivering high-quality home and office furniture to customers across the United Arab Emirates. Our customer support operations are managed from our on-site office in Gulberg, Lahore, where we provide professional assistance to our UAE customers. This is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally for UAE-based customers
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Provide accurate information regarding furniture products, pricing, availability, and company policies
  • Respond to customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and supervisors) when required
  • Follow company service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (speaking and listening)
  • Ability to work morning shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
