Key Responsibilities:

- Receive holiday homes client inquiries

- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements

- Successfully close holiday homes bookings

- Answer calls from customers and direct them to the right department

- General Administrative work if needed

Requirements:

- Able to work on our late-night shift Mon-Thu: 01:00AM to 09:00AM (WFH) // Saturday & Sunday: 05:00PM to 01:00AM (Work From Home)

- 1+ years experience as customer service representative or dealing with clients preferred.

- An excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English.
