Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Coordinate with customers and installers to ensure smooth instillation.
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Provide bilingual support if needed to assist diverse customers

Qualifications
- Computer skills including 10 key typing, excel, word, and printer

-Ability to problem solve quickly and appropriately
- Ability to effectively communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
- Strong phone etiquette skills for professional interactions
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs

- Scheduling is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Scheduling/Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Floresville, TX 78114: Relocate before starting work (Required)
