Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
Big Duck Canvas is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position is enthusiastic towards customer service who can listen to clients, determine their needs, and then offer quick and accurate assistance. Responsibilities

  • Assist with placement of orders, provide updates on order status and assist customers with creating web orders.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing positive rapport with every customer.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards across all projects with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams across operations, warehouse, cutting, and shipping to ensure timely project completion.
  • Track progress of all assigned jobs and proactively troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
  • Ensure workspaces and tools are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Experience with sales techniques, outbound calling, and client engagement strategies
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer support or client services is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
