Overview

Big Two Toyota is looking for Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join us in supporting our Dealership service guests while assisting us in building and representing our brand.

  • Assist guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Work on a Supervised Team with fellow staff in a courteous manner
  • Maintain value, quality, and integrity providing high guest satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Current, valid Arizona driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
