About Us

We are a UK-based food order support company assisting restaurants and takeaway businesses by handling customer calls and processing food orders efficiently and accurately.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer inbound calls from customers placing food orders
• Accurately enter orders into the system
• Handle customer queries regarding menu items, pricing, and delivery times
• Resolve complaints professionally and politely
• Coordinate with partner restaurants when required

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts based on UK time zone (GMT/BST)
• Evening and weekend availability may be required
• Full-time positions available

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear phone manner
• Good listening and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior call centre or customer service 2 years experience preferred
