Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless client support and improve service processes.
  • Knowledge of insurance requirements for clean claim processing.

Skills

  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies to engage customers proactively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze customer issues quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
