Customer Service Representative

Select Bank has an opening for a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative. Responsible for the efficient, accurate processing of customer transactions and servicing accounts. Serve as a primary contact for new account openings as well as support sales by identifying other product needs and when necessary referring identified client needs to other lines of business (e.g., Mortgages, Business Loans, Retail Loans). Serve as contact for client problem resolution and perform maintenance for current clients regarding deposit products as well as alternative delivery channels (e.g., online banking, mobile banking). Candidates must be dependable and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the desire to interact with customers and prospects as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
