Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Operations & Administrative Support

Excel-Driven | High-Responsibility Role

This is not your traditional call-center CSR role.

We are seeking a highly organized, Excel-proficient administrative professional to support daily operations, scheduling, expense tracking, compliance documentation, and internal systems.

This position works closely with ownership and field operations and plays a critical role in keeping the company structured, compliant, and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers (phone & email)
  • Coordinate technician scheduling and dispatch
  • Manage daily operational workflows and job tracking
  • Track company expenses and maintain structured Excel spreadsheets
  • Reconcile job costs, materials, and payroll-adjacent data
  • Maintain compliance documentation and employee records
  • Support internal policies, procedures, and apprenticeship tracking

Excel is used heavily. Strong spreadsheet skills are required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years administrative, operations, or office support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (data tracking, organization, reporting)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Professional communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or skilled trades
  • Exposure to compliance, HR documentation, or scheduling systems

Compensation: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time | M-F, 8 am -4 pm | Short and Long Term disability, PTO, Simple IRA match

This position has evolved beyond traditional customer service. Applicants must be comfortable with administrative responsibility, working independently, Excel-heavy work, and operational coordination.
