We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing accurate information about products and services, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes to improve efficiency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
