Job Overview

Lycan Communication is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team. Your main responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience for our Telemedicine network.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with service-related concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Record and update customer details in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly service and quality targets.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telemarketing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate/commute.
