Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth transactions and positive interactions
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for all clients
  • Support client services by handling cash transactions accurately when necessary and processing payments securely
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively serve our diverse customer base
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products confidently
  • Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with a broader audience
  • Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of call center etiquette, including professional phone manners and clarity in communication
  • Analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights for service enhancement
  • Attention to detail when handling cash transactions or typing information quickly and accurately
