Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details with clarity and confidence
  • Assist customers with order processing, data entry, billing issues, and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer support software
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive engagement
  • Support client services by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
  • Multilingual proficiency enhances your ability to connect with a broader customer base
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; quick typing skills are advantageous
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
