Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We’re a well-established company with a strong reputation for service and reliability. We’re currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working within a team while providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and/or chat by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and offering product or service guidance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns.
  • Process orders, returns, account updates and service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and system updates.
  • Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar) preferred but not always required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, professional and solution-focused when handling difficult situations.
  • Comfortable using computers, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a positive attitude
