Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound customer calls, assisting customers with inquiries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining accurate records and supporting the overall efficiency of the customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as required
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and call-handling standards

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

Location: DHA Phase 7 Extension
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 75,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
