Serves as a Customer Service Representative in a small Call Center. Duties include but are not limited to greeting and assisting members/customers over the phone, while using the line of business system created specifically for the WV Retirement Board. Providing documents to callers via the mail, fax, or email. Reviewing accounts to ensure all the member's information is accurate. The Call Center handles over 1,500 calls from members, retirees, etc per week. This position is working for a State of WV Agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 per hour
