Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sales Representative with a proven track record in cold calling to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and managing client relationships. Expertise in cold calling is essential, and familiarity with the medical billing industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct cold calls and targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, offering customized billing solutions to meet their needs.
• Engage prospects effectively, showcasing the benefits of our medical billing solutions.
• Keep accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to address client inquiries effectively

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly with cold calling.
• Experience in the medical billing industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Experience required.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduation.

Job Location: Park Road, Islamabad
Job Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (5 days a week)
