Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer service and customer support in a fast-paced, in-person office environment. This role handles high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email, supports order-related questions, and ensures customer satisfaction through accurate issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and customer support via phone and email
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and order-related questions
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow through to completion
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary
• Support order documentation and combined orders
• Maintain a professional and customer-first approach

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of customer service or customer support experience
• Experience handling high-volume phone and email support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• CRM or ticketing system experience
• E-commerce or order support experience
• Office-based or in-person customer service experience

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
