About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Happiness Center Representative to join our Amer 7 Minutes Government Services team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers by providing accurate guidance and support on visa, residency, Emirates ID, and other immigration-related services.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while ensuring full compliance with UAE immigration regulations and service standards.
