Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $25.64 - $39.06 per hour
