Customer Service Representative

Customer Service associate: greet customers, ring cash register, answer telephone, look up patient records on computer, stock OTC department, order OTC products, work drive thru. Must be able to work 10 hour shifts (8:15am-6:00pm)x 3 days a week and some Saturdays (8:45am-1:00pm). Must have an outgoing very friendly personality. fast paced job. On your feet all day. Must be cheerful, kind, helpful and courteous.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills including phone etiquette and in-person interactions
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with stocking, POS systems, cash registers, and product demonstrations
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and merchandising
- Fluency in English
- Experience in retail sales, is preferred
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
