Bottleless Nation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in our Corporate office in Indianapolis

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
Primary Responsibilities
Answering service call requests via email and by phone.
· Responding to those requests professionally and timely letting customers know their request has been received.
· Communicating with dispatch coordinators to prioritize service response.
· Trouble shooting some of unit issues over phone before sending to dispatch.
. Screening all warm leads and qualifying them to send to our Vice President of Business Development for disbursement
. Scheduling pickup of units that is asked of us from accounting team after accounts have come to term and are paid in full.
Coordinating with the lost/ stolen department for site services to find equipment.
· Entering equipment serial numbers in the various databases if tech calls and states serial is not in system.
. Communicating with techs when issues arise while there onsite.
. Communicating with customers who call in for service that account/accounts are 90+ days past due and transferring them to accounting team to see if we can obtain payment.
. Keeping track of how many service tickets you create daily, how many tickets you saved daily and how many leads you have sent to our VP of Business Development daily, as you will need to post daily numbers.
