All Year Cooling and Plumbing is looking for friendly and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping schedule services, answer questions, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch
• Assist customers with questions about services and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
• Ability to stay professional and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including day or night shifts
