The Customer Service Representative at Amphenol Middle East (AME) is responsible for supporting customers by providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, quotations, product availability, and delivery schedules.
This role manages order entry, monitors order status, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled. The CSR works closely with sales, engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
Knowledge / Skills:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications

Qualifications / Education / Experience:- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience working with ERP systems and order processing tools preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required
Duties / Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and shipment updates
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements
- Enter and maintain customer orders, quotes, and related documentation in the ERP system
- Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers while identifying potential solutions
- Maintain customer records, cross-reference files, and shipping information within internal systems
- Support contract review processes to ensure customer orders align with product specifications and internal capabilities
- Review and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications when required to confirm order accuracy
- Assist with resolving customer concerns including returns, exchanges, or warranty requests in coordination with the Quality team
- Work with internal teams to investigate product issues and support root cause analysis when required
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively in all customer interactions
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized records for all customer transactions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and order management
Location:- Ajman, United Arab Emirates (facility relocating to Sharjah in the near future)
