Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Assist customers with Los Angeles Dental Meeting information, exhibitor processing, billing questions, and service issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services.
- Support client services by providing detailed information about company offerings and resolving concerns with patience and clarity.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. (Spanish preferred, not required)
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend additional products/services when appropriate.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for delivering clear, positive interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to identify customer issues quickly and suggest effective solutions.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus for processing payments accurately.
