Job Description:
Flomic Balikbayan Cargo is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and shipment concerns while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery of balikbayan boxes
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Provide accurate information about rates, schedules, and promotions
• Coordinate with operations and drivers for smooth transactions
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Update customer records and prepare basic reports
• Promote company services and special offers

Requirements:

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, and basic computer applications
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
