Customer Service Representative

Company Overview
We are looking to hire for (2) Shifts. Both Monday through Friday.

First shift is 8am until 12 noon

Second shift is 1pm until 5pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual or bilingual if possible, and demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent client service. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with product information, service requests, and troubleshooting issues related to laundry equipment.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on service appointments, gather feedback, or promote additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
  • Process orders, handle cash or payment transactions accurately, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles; call center experience is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; basic computer skills are essential.
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide clear solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous.
