Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Assist clients by processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through data entry and system updates
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services
  • Support client services by documenting interactions thoroughly and updating customer records in Microsoft Office applications or CRM systems
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities when applicable, ensuring accuracy during transactions
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills by actively listening to customer needs and providing clear, helpful solutions

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is preferred
  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services naturally during interactions
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry processes
  • Outstanding phone etiquette paired with professional communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer issues and identifying effective solutions
  • Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and managing multiple tasks efficiently
