Customer Service Representative

GunMag Warehouse, a leading online destination for firearm magazines, accessories and ammunition is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Working in a call center environment, our Customer Service Representatives spend their day communicating and problem solving with our loyal customers via phone, chat and email.

All of our work at GunMag is done on-site at our facility located at DFW (Dallas/Ft. Worth) Airport. The primary schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 10:00am - 6:30pm.

At GunMag, a successful Customer Service Representative is punctual, positive, coachable and collaborative.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and utilize critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience, or demonstrable knowledge of firearms and associated accessories
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk, ShipStation and Magento platforms

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and a drug screening. GunMag Warehouse participates in E-Verify and provides the federal government with Form I-9 information to confirm our employees are authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $16.95 - $23.85 per hour
