Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
