Duties

  • Provide friendly, efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Assist clients with account information, product details, billing questions, and technical issues using clear communication and active listening
  • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to create positive experiences during every interaction
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to enhance their experience
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring secure and accurate processing of payments

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English plus one or more additional languages is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
  • Previous call center experience or background in customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes
  • Experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus; analysis skills are beneficial for understanding customer needs and trends
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a positive attitude during all interactions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
