Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
• Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote relevant offerings
• Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical support requests
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry tasks
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required
• Strong bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages
• Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
• Experience in sales or client services is advantageous
• Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting customer concerns and providing solutions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and call handling
