Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to each client’s needs
  • Assist customers with sales processes, including product information, order placement, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within our systems, maintaining up-to-date client records and transaction logs
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries or promote new products and services
  • Support client services by processing payments, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
  • Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills to promote products and foster loyalty
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for efficient data management
  • Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
  • Knowledge of call center protocols, including call handling procedures and call flow management
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with high typing speed and attention to detail
