Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, SMS, and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule and dispatch appointments accurately
  • Provide quotes and process invoices with accuracy
  • Use 8x8 system to provide status updates and create service requests
  • Escalate customer concerns or complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Auto industry experience is a plus
  • Understanding of the collision industry is highly preferred
  • Strong phone presence (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Comfortable using Windows-based systems

Skills & Abilities

  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
