We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position for Lahore-based candidates with prior customer support experience or freshers who are eager to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely written communication
• Record and update customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow company processes and service standards

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
