Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm (willing to work with the right canidate if hours need to be adjusted)

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide outstanding client services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client information using Microsoft Office tools.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
• Assist with sales efforts by identifying customer needs, explaining product features, and supporting upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Skills

• Strong sales skills combined with excellent customer support experience to build rapport and trust.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to convey professionalism and empathy consistently.
• Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred.
