Position Overview

Chill Brothers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with scheduling and service inquiries, and supporting outbound call efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and support scheduling needs
• Schedule service calls and installations accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal teams
• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and promoting services when appropriate
• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Sales or call center experience preferred
• HVAC or home services experience is a plus

Schedule

• Evening shift required
• Weekend availability required
• On-call rotation (1–2 times per month)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
