Voltage Vapor Shop LLC is a small business in Corsicana, TX. We are a family owned business since 2013. We have mulitiple locations across East Texas. We are professional, agile and our goal is to help the people that come in to the best of our abilities to find what they are looking for.

*Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products. Must be 21 years old. Will need to be able to work evenings and weekends.

*Duties

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products

- Communicate with customers in person and on the phone to provide information about products

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

- Restock products on shelves

- Maintaining a clean environment for customers

- Checking out customers and handling payment

*Experience

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required

- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and co-workers

- Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
