Work location:- (Office # 306, 3rd Floor, Kashif Center, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi)
Candidates must be able to commute easily to our office location.
There IS NO PICK AND DROP SERVICE PROVIDED for this shift.

We are currently recruiting fresh-experienced individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative for a Domestic Helpline (inbound and outbound) which is an ideal opportunity for undergraduates as well as professionals to learn and earn simultaneously in order to develop their skill and abilities for corporate world.

(Job training will be provided to the freshers if hired)

• Non-rotational fixed shift hours, no overtime (Day Shift 12:00PM - 8:00PM and Evening 8:00 PM – 4:00 am)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic qualification: Intermediate, Bachelors, O/A Levels & University Undergraduates may APPLY (if shift hours are suitable)
• Candidate must have basic knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Call Centre operations
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, creative, multi-tasking, active listener and a confident person.
• Must be proficient in spoken & written English (fluent)
