Job Title: Telesales Executive
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, promoting products/services, and closing deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion, and customer handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Record call details and sales information accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or graduation (depending on company requirement)
