Role Overview
Turn Up Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented and service-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage client communication, ticketing workflows, and operational documentation. This role requires strong English communication skills, structured ticket handling expertise, and solid MS Excel proficiency to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to client queries via ticketing systems, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
- Log, update, track, and close support tickets with complete documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated client records.
- Prepare and manage operational reports using MS Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, basic pivot tables).
- Coordinate client concerns with internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper follow-ups to ensure no open ticket remains unattended.
- Document all customer interactions systematically.
- Monitor SLAs and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Maintain a professional tone while handling international clients.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal) – Mandatory
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative.
- Experience working with ticketing systems ( ClickUp, or similar).
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and structured workflow approach.
- Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.
- Background in IT services, web development, digital marketing, or software companies is a plus.
