• Support office management by organizing files, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex concerns when necessary
• Assist with clerical tasks such as proofing documents, managing incoming correspondence
• Maintain professionalism with proper phone etiquette while managing office operations smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic data entry techniques
• Prior customer service experience demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines, and telephone systems is preferred
