Job Summary :

• The English Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a professional and empathetic manner. You will be the voice of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and service standards of Concentrix.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in English.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
3. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Record and update customer information and interactions in the system.
5. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
6. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, etc.).
7. Follow company policies, procedures, and communication guidelines.
8. Participate in training and ongoing development to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree needed
2. Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Experience: Previous customer service experience is needed (up to 6 months and above ).

Skills :

1. Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
3. Basic computer and typing proficiency.
4. Positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism.

Working Conditions :

• Shifts may vary depending on business needs (rotational shifts per weekend, and off days are rotational).
• The job is On-site, location 6 of October
