Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Support representative. The daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Graduate or dropout with military certificate
• No experience needed
• English speaker B2 - C1
• Good communication skills
• ready to start immediately
• Egyptian with valid ID
