Customer Service Representative

Immediate opening for a Full time Customer Service Rep in our Wilmington office.

Candidate must have previous CS experience in an office setting. Experience working in a warehouse or transportation industry is preferred with strong computer and SAP experience. This person would maintain customer accounts, which includes order processing, receiving products into an IMS system and sending confirmation of shipments to customers. Some telephone work, answer incoming calls, and communication with customers as needed. Able to work independently and pay close attention to detail. Accuracy and strong communication skills are required.

Casual office environment. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Full time position Monday thru Friday. Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
