Digit creator, is seeking for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate must have 6 months to 1 years of experience and will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through both inbound international call and email communication.

Skills:

. At least 2 year to 3 year of proven experience in international sales is required

· Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Efficiently handle calls coordination and support, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.

Assist customers courteously and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.

Record customer information, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the company database.

Collaborate with team members to address complex issues.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 5

Shift: 10 am to 6 pm
