Must have plumbing and HVAC scheduling experience. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday 11a-7pm

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems with efficiency and courtesy
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications
• Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical duties including typing and document preparation
• Assist with customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks to streamline daily operations

Qualifications

• Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred; familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
• Strong phone etiquette, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated organizational skills including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management

Pay: $22.28 - $26.23 per hour
