Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift Options:
• 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate to Master’s degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts
