• 🔄 Follow up regularly to understand students’ learning needs and offer personalized renewal solutions.
• 📊 Monitor students’ progress and analyze performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
• 💬 Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth and satisfying renewal experience.

• 💼 1+ year of experience in sales or a related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication & interpersonal skills , with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• 🎯 Target-driven mindset with a positive, results-oriented approach.

📌 Location:

Maadi, Cairo ( On-site )

🕒 Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes 1 hour & 15 min break )
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: Day Off
